Excellent value in terms of cost to size and general comfort of the room. The restaurant is well reviewed and we concur that one will experience a very good dining experience. The buffet breakfast is also excellent with a wide range of choices including boiling your own eggs to taste.

The hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The food was very good.
We booked room only, but when arrived were told we had booked half board. When we came to pay the cost was over 100 euros more, to cover the cost of the half board. it was very confusing.

The location was good for ski lift to Bonascre. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious.
The rooms were rather hot and opening the window meant you could hear the rather loud river outside.

I always return to this wonderful hotel. They even gave me water at night when I first stayed. It has everything I need – Wi-Fi, restaurant, jacuzzi, and a lift. Perfect for skiing, hiking, and cycling. In-room breakfast is great. No pets or smoking. See you for New Year!

I arrived late and decided to have a meal in the hotel restaurant, it was fabulous!! Amazing cuisine, quite expensive (3 courses -27 euros) but well worth it.
Not really enough staff on duty.

Excellent location in Ax les Thermes. Excellent & comfortable accomodation with Michelin rated chef. Now offers free WIFI
Hotel has no parking, but free public parking is near by.
